HGGC Announces the Recruitment of Six New Executives


The success of any corporation is dependent on the leadership within the firm. Recently, HGGC announced that they had recruited six executives to join the private equity firm. The six executives were as follows; Chad Clawson, Dan Stanko, and Scott St. Clair. Matt Rosech and Bill Conrad were issued promotions within the firm. Dan Stanko will serve as the investment team principal whereas Bennett Nussbaum and Chad Clawson will serve as the Executive Directors. The expertise of the newly recruited executives will come in handy by ensuring that the middle-market private equity firm has grown further.


HGGS is headed by Rich Lawson, the co-founder, and chief executive officer of the company. As the company grows further, Rich Lawson is dedicated to ensuring that the homegrown talent is rewarded accordingly while also bringing in new members who have various forms of expertise. Dan Stanko was working at the Bain Capital Private Equity. As a principal, he was tasked with evaluating, sourcing, driving, and executing various activities that added value in the form of new investments. While at Bain, Dan Stanko mainly focused on TMT and Industrials. He also played a vital role in the acquisition of the Blue Coat Systems, Bob’s Discount Furniture, and American Trailer Works. He has also worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., another private equity firm.




Chad Clawson has worked at the American Capital. His experience will be of great value to HGGC since he is well versed with matters that revolve around the finance sector. Bennett Nussbaum has also worked in renowned corporations such as Kinko’s and Burger King. His leadership experience will be of great value since he will act as an executive within HGGC.


Scott St. Clair is also one of the six executives that are being recruited into the middle-class private equity firm. She has been working in the finance sector for more than two decades. Throughout this period, she has also worked as an operations executive. She has also worked as a CEO at Atrium. As an executive director at HGGC, Scott St. Clair and her other colleagues will work closely with the investment professionals at HGGC to unveil new investment opportunities.
